A safe and easy way to shop
All your credit card details and personal information are protected by the Data Protection Act (1998). When you checkout, simply enter your address details, click on "send order" and you will be switched to a secure payment facility run by Barclaycard.
To access our online shop, please first visit the Where To Buy page, and read what it says on the right hand side of the page. Then, enjoy a browse around the site and add to your basket anything that takes your fancy! To keep track of your items in your basket there is a link at the top of the page, or to edit quantities you either alter it from the product page, or via the basket (by clicking on the quantity and following the on-screen instructions). From the Shopping Basket page, you can change your order requirements or check over what has been input.
When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout", where you can give us your delivery details and process to the secure payment area.

How long will it take to deliver my goods?
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Should there be any problem with your order we will contact you. If your order is urgent and you have a deadline, let us know and we will do our very best to make sure your order is with you.
Our card payment processor will take all payment in Pounds Sterling (£). Orders made by the website can be shipped to the UK, all EU members and the USA; please contact us if you are from somewhere outside these areas.
We charge a flat rate: UK £4.50 (VAT inclusive), and EU £10.50, USA £12.50.
We use a number of internationally recognised carriers. If it is easier for you, then we can have your order delivered to a different address than the cardholder's. Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by e-mail. In the event of no one being at the address to take receipt of the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to inform you how to re-arrange delivery or to collect from your local post office. At this point it becomes your responsibility to arrange delivery or collection of your order.
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong order please get in contact with us immediately and we will deal with the situation accordingly.
We are bound by the Distance Selling Regulations (read more on the DTI website). This gives you a "cooling-off" period of 7 days from receipt of your goods, during which time you have an unconditional right to return goods.
If you want to return your order, then please do in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price.
If any items you receive are incorrect or damaged or faulty, then return them to us for a refund or replacement, and we also refund any postage costs you may incur. Otherwise, product returns are made at your own expense. Please note that we advise using a recorded delivery service in both cases.
Will I get lots of junk mail from you?
Under no circumstance will Fabpenandpaper.com give your personal details to other organisations or people.
The only e-mails we automatically send out are to facilitate registration on this website,
and to confirm your order and to tell you when we have shipped it. If you pay by card, then
you will also receive an e-mail confirming this. We may also have to contact you about
something to do with you order, but that is it.
Fabpenandpaper.com has an "opt-in" newsletter request policy should you wish to receive newsletters and/or special offers promotions.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy first. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

1. Payment & Prices
The prices for the goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are expressed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. We accept payment by Delta, Electron, Fortoak, JCB, Maestro, Pin train, Solo, Uk Maestro and Visa. Payment will be taken when we process your order. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within 14 working days. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date, -
2. Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are delivered to you. To do so please telephone us on 01732 771771 or e-mail us on sales@fabpenandpaper.com. -
3. Our returns and refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us, you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition. (Exclusions include products engraved or otherwise made to specific requirements) If your goods are different to those ordered, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund, including reasonable return postage charges. -
4. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). -
5. Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. -
6. Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
